Portsdown were selected to work with the Lakeside management team in the creation of a standout reception and business lounge for the new phase of the business park's expansion. The work included a full interior design, assisting in selecting the colour scheme, fabrics and finish selections.

Lakeside’s impressive office accommodation is nestled amongst 120 acres of mature landscaped grounds and centred around an attractive feature lake just outside Portsmouth on the UK south coast. 2000 Lakeside provides 81,000 sq ft of high quality office accommodation over ground and three upper floors. This headquarters building has the benefit of a winter roof garden with tree top panoramic views over the main lake.
